He brings a strong background in real estate, finance and asset management having over 35 years of experience in real estate development, investment and management, commercial and investment banking and as a financial advisor. His undergraduate training was in Marketing and Economics at the University of Denver and UCLA. Buddy holds a graduate degree in banking from The University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking, a California Bureau of Real Estate Brokers License, an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a Property Management Certification (PMC) from California Association of Realtors, a Certified Commercial Real Estate Advisor (CCREA) designation from the National Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals and a National Association of Realtors certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
Susan SalzbergCFOFor over 30 years, Susan owned and operated Rick Bennett Inc in downtown LA, a manufacturing company with over 100 employees. She oversaw all aspects of the business, including accounting, sales and marketing, production quality control and operations. Susan was the Chief Financial Officer for an import/export business before joining RB Realty Group. Susan holds a Bachelor degree from UCLA, a Law Degree from Southwestern University of Law, a Certified Commercial Real Estate Advisor designation, a Property Management Certification (PMC) from California Association of Realtors and a California Bureau of Real Estate Salesperson License.
Adam SalzbergExecutive Vice PresidentHaving joined RB Realty Group in 2014, Adam now oversees management of all properties and property managers. Adam is also involved in business development, marketing, graphic and web design. Adam attended University of Maryland where he majored in Economics and studied graphic and web design at UCLA. Adam holds a Property Management Certification (PMC) from California Association of Realtors, a California Bureau of Real Estate Salesperson License, is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and a member of National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).
Jacob SalzbergVP of Financial OperationsAs VP of Financial Operations, Jacob’s focus is on process improvement, control and transparency. Jacob was Vice President at Meridian Capital Group for more than 5 years. During his time at Meridian, Jacob was integral in the execution of real estate financing. His role included the complete execution of financing from start to finish including financial analysis, market research including value analysis, in depth review of value-add business plans, and review of legal, environmental and credit documentation. Prior to Meridian, Jacob worked as an analyst at Duball LLC, a boutique acquisitions and development firm based out of Reston, VA. At Duball, Jacob reported directly to senior management, assisting in the financial analysis of potential high rise developments, preparing revenue and cost projections, generating investing committee memos and generating investor reports. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland.
Matthew SalzbergBusiness DevelopmentAs head of the business development department, Matthew’s primary objective is to identify and acquire new clients to drive company growth. He actively seeks new prospects and opportunities, as well as maintains a constant awareness of business activity, market opportunities, trends and competitors and their weaknesses. Matthew attended the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a bachelors of science in business.
Noah WachtenheimProperty ManagerNoah has been in the real estate field for 5 years. Before joining as a Property Manager at RB Realty Group, he worked as a realtor at Keller Williams Hollywood Hills handling real estate transactions for both the buyer and seller sides. As a key member of the RB Team, Noah is involved in all matters of property management, including overseeing maintenance, interacting with tenants and vendors, and assisting with day-to-day operations. He is applying his marketing experience to help organize and grow RB Realty Group. Noah holds a California Bureau of Real Estate Salesperson License and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Devon DillonResident ManagerAs resident manager at The Tropicana Apartments for over 18 years, Devon oversees the wellbeing of his community for both the owners and the tenants. He works hard and with care to ensure the building is well-maintained and the tenants are happy in their homes. Devon collects the rent, coordinates maintenance, and cleans daily around the property and maintains the landscaping. He also uses his handyman skills to take care of many day-to-day repairs, fixes minor issues around the property and performs unit turnovers at times.
Andrew HarrisResident ManagerAndrew is resident manager at The Carmona Apartment Complex. He manages all needs of the tenants, including collections, maintenance requests and scheduling with vendors to generate a safe and welcoming community. Andrew performs routine inspections, keeps up the cleanliness of the property and helps maintain the landscaping among other duties.
